🌿 From Ossetian Traditions to American Business: Homemade Dairy with Heart

When we arrived in the U.S. in early 2023, we struggled to find high-quality dairy products. For our Ossetian family, cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese are essentials — especially the cheese used in our traditional pies.

Unable to find a worthy substitute, we decided to make it ourselves. We found a farm offering raw milk, and my wife started crafting cheese at home. It turned out amazing — even better than expected. She shared some with friends, and their enthusiasm sparked an idea.

We started with small batches of cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese — and they sold out instantly. Today, we produce about 120 lbs of cheese, 30 gallons of sour cream, and 30 lbs of butter weekly.

My wife makes the products, and I handle delivery and marketing. We deliver across the East Coast, Atlanta, and Texas — all orders packed fresh and delivered within 24 hours.
